系统论述了国家农业综合开发项目的规划设计、产业结构调整、完善治理政策、提高土地利用率和土地生产力。
Abstract:
Planning and designing for the projects of national integrated agricultural exploitation, regulating industrial structures, improving administrative policies were systematically outlined, which aim at increasing land utilizing and its productivity.
