为了充分利用废弃糟渣,缓解山西省黄土残塬区饲料粮供需矛盾,减轻土地负担,促进绿色生态的改善与恢复,课题组对山西省醋糟资源进行了充分调查,并对高活性纤维素菌——霉菌、担子菌进行了筛选及其发酵条件研究、组合配伍研究、初步确定适合醋糟发酵的优良菌种.

To make good use of the disposed grains,to lessen the conflict between supply and needs on feeding grains in the gully region on loess plateau of Shanxi province,to reduce the burden of soil,to promote the bettering and restoration of the green ecological balance,the research group have made a full investigation and study on the vinegar grains resource of Shanxi,screened the super active cellulolytic strains including trichoderma,basidiomycetes and yeasts,made a study on the fermentation condition and associative effect,and finally screened the fine fungi which are fit for the fermentation of vinegar grains.
