摘要:
主要介绍在改进干秸秆发酵剂过程中对与乳酸菌相配伍的几个酵母菌的选择和组配，以及装料方式及添加剂对发酵料品质的影响.
Abstract:
It was mainly introduced that some of the yeast compatible with lactobacillus in improving dry straws ferment agent were selected and rebuilt up,and the effects of straws charging ways and additives on quality of fermented straws were also discussed.
