摘要:
我国南方土坎坡改梯过程中，由于多雨的影响，在工程实施中及竣工初期极易发生土坎崩塌，使地面径流相对集中，造成局部严重水土流失，因此，在实施土坎坡改梯中应采取生物和工程技术处理相结合的办法加以控制，达到快速水土保持效应。
Abstract:
Because of rainy effect, mound collapse often takes place in implementing project and initial stage of completing project when we change mound into terrace in the south of China. It can make surface runoff gather together and cause partial severe soil and water losses. The method to combine bioengineering with project technology is adopted to control them and to keep soil and water conservation effectively.
