- Based on the causes and factors characteristic of its mud-rock flow, a scientific and rational project scheme is made to harness and stabilize landslide and mud-rock flow while the scheme helps to control the harm made by mud-rock flow. The study is amed at it for an advanced approach.

作者简介:张开平，男，1966年生，工程师，1987年毕业于西南林学院林业系，自1987年以后一直从事水土保持、泥石流防治的研究及实践工作。现任东川区泥石流防治研究所主任。曾获云南省水利学会“青年科技先进工作者”等多种称号，发表论文10余篇。
