- 分析了株洲市水土流失现状及其危害，总结和探索了开展城市水土保持工作新路子，提出了建设生态城市的目标，把城市建设与水土保持、生态环境建设有机地结合在一起。几年来的探索和实践，取得了初步工作成效，使株州正向生态城市的目标迈进。
- Abstract:
- By analysing the status of soil and water losses in Zhuzhou city and its harm, the author sums up and finds a new way to develop urban soil and water conservation, and put forward the goal of building city into fine ecological environment. Explorating and practicing in past a few years, a little achievement has been made, Zhuzhou is advancing towards the goal of city with fine ecological environment.

作者简介:黄正平，男，43岁，1982年毕业于武汉水利电力大学农田水利专业，学士学位。1982～1985年，在茶陵县水利水电局工作，从事水利建设规划、设计和施工等工作，曾任设计队副队长，1986年至今，在株洲市水利水电局一直从事水利规划、设计和水土保持等工作，曾任株洲市水利水电设计院副院长，现任株洲市水土保持站站长。
