应用网络技术对小流域水土保持综合治理的各项工作进行合理科学安排,制定进度日程计划,求得小流域综合治理33道工序各自的最早开工时间、最迟开工时间,机动时间以及关键线路项目和总完成工期。通过计算得出关键工序17道(必须在某一时间开工或完工),非关键工序16道(有一定的机动时间,在一定的时间范围内可以提前或推后开工和完工),完成小流域综合治理共需5年零50天。

Using network technique (PERT),all practices of comprehensive control for soil and water conservation in small watershed are arranged scientifically, and daily schedule is worked out. The earliest and latest starting time,reserve time,and key course,and total complecting time for 33 working procedures is gotten. Through calculation,key working procedures are 17 (they should be started or complected in certain time) and non-key ones have 16 (they have times kept in reserve,in the certain time,those project are complected before or after),complecting comprehensive control for small watershed needs 5 years and 50 days.
