本文概述了黄土高原综合治理11个试验示范区的土地自然背景,它代表了黄土高原的绝大部分土地类型,对11个试区进行土地分类是综合治理黄土高原的基础工作。影响黄土高原土地分异的原因为:1.地壳的构造运动;2.自然界外营力作用;3.人类社会活动的作用。黄土高原土地分类原则:1.发生学原则;2.主导因素原则;3.面向生产和治理的原则;4.与制图比例尺相匹配的原则。基于上述自然地理环境,遵循分类原则,拟定了代表11个试区的土地类型分类系统,并简述了11个试区的土地类型结构特征。

Based on the analysis of geography background and characteristics of land, a classification system of land-type has been developed for 11 Experiment and Exemplary Areas (EEA) of Loess Plateau.The classification principles are.(1) Genetic process; (2) Principal component, (3) Qriented practical application, and (4) Matching with map-scale.In addition, this paper discusses the reasons to form different land-types on Loess Plateau, which are: (1) Crustal tectonic movement; (2) External causes; and (3) Mankind impacts.
