本文研究了快速水分胁迫对玉米光合作用的气孔和非气孔抑制的影响.快速水分胁迫下玉米叶片渗透调节能力丧失.光合强度和气孔阻力间为显著负相关、且相同的水势阈值.轻度水分胁迫下,叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度、气孔导度和光合强度下降,叶圆片放氧能力变化很小,气孔相对限制值增加,光合强度主要受气孔因素的限制.严重水分胁迫下,叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度增加,气孔导度、气孔相对限制值、光合强度和叶圆片放氧能力下降,光合强度主要受非气孔因素的限制.

The results of a study on the effect of rapid water stress on photosynthesis of maize leaves are as follows:No significant osmotic adjustment occurred when maize were stressed rapidly.Under water stress,there was the strong negative correlation between net photosynthesis(Pn) and stomatal resistance(Rs),and decrcased holy after the water potential fell below critical level(-0.8MPa).Stomatal conductance to CO2(gs),Pn,and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) decline,O2 evolution rate of leaf discs remained the maxim level,but stomatal limiation(Ls) increase in the mild water stress.The decrease in Rn caused by mild water stress is stomatal factor.Ls,gs,Pn,and O2 evolution decline,but Ci increases in serious water stress.Nonstomatal factors were major Pn determinants of maize leaves under serious water stress.
